THURSDAY AFTERNOON JUNIOR TOUCH RUGBY
Today is the last day of the Junior Touch Module held at Ōtaki Domain. Please look out for Niki Hurliman who will direct you to the correct field.
Ngā mihi nui to Hayden Te Maari, Corey Howatson, Sam Gibson, Abe Growcott, Brodie Lowry, Bronwyn Doar, Marcia Woodroofe and Aroha Connor for taking teams. Also, a big thank you to the parents who jumped on the field and helped the coaches each week. We could not have teams without you - very much appreciated. Please return all school sports tops to the office tomorrow - these do not need to be washed.
BOARD OF TRUSTEES
The Board of Trustees have prepared an online survey seeking your feedback and impressions on many aspects of the school. This survey is completed every two years. I thank you in advance for helping us by taking the time to complete this. The survey is on Survey Monkey, the link has been emailed to whānau. If you don’t have internet access, or would prefer to complete the survey on paper, please just ask for one at the school office.
STUDENT-PARENT-TEACHER INTERVIEWS – WEDNESDAY 21 AND THURSDAY 22 MAY
Student-Parent-Teacher interviews will be held on Wednesday 21 May (3.30pm – 5.30pm) and Thursday 22 May (1.30pm – 8.00pm). School will be closing at 12.30pm on the Thursday. There will be no bus at this time. These interviews are a very significant and important sharing of information between your child’s teacher, your child and yourself. Our goal is for all children to have at least one parent or caregiver to attend an interview with their child’s teacher.
There is an instruction sheet below on how to book your interview times via the website www.schoolinterviews.co.nz If you don’t have access to the internet, or you are having problems booking, please contact the school office and Sheralee, Paula or Sara can make a booking for you. Ngā mihi.
LOST PROPERTY - CLOTHING
This week all lost property was displayed in the hall for students to collect. I encourage you to pop in and check the lost property boxes in the hall lost property cupboard. All unclaimed items that remain at the end of the term will be given to charity. Ngā mihi.
